About the Journal

Fikri: Jurnal Agama, Sosial dan Budaya (P-ISSN: 2527-4430,  E-ISSN: 2548-7620, DOI Prefix: 10.25217) is a periodical scientific journal published by Institut Agama Islam Ma'arif NU (IAIMNU) Metro Lampung. Fikri : Jurnal Agama, Sosial dan Budaya has been accredited by National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) Managed by Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, Republic Indonesia with The  Sinta 2 Grade.  This journal contains articles that examine issues about religion, social issues that exist in the community as well as cultural issues or customs in the community. Religious, social and cultural studies are discussed or analyzed using Islamic approaches or theories.

Fikri: Jurnal Kajian Agama, Sosial dan Budaya primarily concentrates on the cultures and traditions of Muslim communities in Asia and Africa, approaching these subjects from a multidisciplinary perspective. This emphasis on the two continents arises from their shared characteristics, including their positions along the equator in tropical and subtropical regions, their colonial histories, their rich ancient cultures and civilizations, and the common challenges they encounter as developing areas. Research into the traditions and cultures of Asia and Africa is anticipated to enhance the development of their respective cultures, which are vying for recognition on a global scale.
