Abstract

The development of BPRS in Indonesia is currently experiencing significant progress, this is indicated by the increase in the establishment of BPRS unit offices which reached 21.53% in 2021. This data is a driving factor in increasing customer interest through a pick-up ball promotion strategy that seeks to get closer to the public by making it easier for customers to access BPRS services. This study aims to find out how the ball pick-up strategy in increasing customer interest in BPRS Metro Madani Kalirejo Branch. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data using primary and secondary, and data collection techniques using the interview method. The results showed that the pick-up strategy in increasing the interest of BPRS Metro Madani Kalirejo Branch customers was quite good, namely by making customers' homes and agencies the target places in carrying out the pick-up strategy, because most of the Kalirejo area work as traders who need funds to develop their businesses.
