The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of human resources at BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri Lampung and to analyze the quality of human resources in improving employee performance at BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri Lampung. This type of research is field research (Field Research), with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources for this research are primary, secondary and tertiary data sources. While the method of collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, that the quality of human resources in BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri Lampung is seen through two types, namely: physical quality and non-physical quality. Human resources in improving employee performance at BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri Lampung in 2020 are divided into two, namely: a) The ability factor in improving employee performance at BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri Lampung is said to increase through the employee recruitment process, through coaching in the form of training and rewards. b) While the motivational factors in improving employee performance at BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri Lampung this is also said to increase, by providing work facilities, providing rewards, having a good work environment, and also building cooperative relationships with the team.
