EFEKTIVITAS PRODUK SIMPANAN SIHARA DALAM MENJAGA LIKUIDITAS DI BMT MITRA SEJAHTERA MANDIRI LAMPUNG TAHUN 2016-2020

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of sihara savings at BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri Lampung and to analyze sihara savings at BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri Lampung for effectiveness in maintaining liquidity in 2016-2020.This study uses a type of field research (Field Research), using a qualitative approach that is descriptive.The data sources of this research are primary and secondary data sources.While the data collection method uses observation, interviews and documentation.In the initial mechanism carried out by prospective members, they can do it in two ways, namely prospective members can go directly to the BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri office and directly contact Customer Service.The second way is that prospective members can register with marketing, and then be processed by Customer Service and tellers.The facilities for becoming a sihara savings member are a savings book, the saving process is carried out using a ball pick-up system, and you get a bonus.The effectiveness of sihara savings in maintaining the liquidity of BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri Lampung in 2016-2020, namely a) BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri Lampung can be categorized as very effective in maintaining the effectiveness of sihara savings in 2016 to 2020, from the results the average number obtained is 100,6%, meaning that it is included in the very effective category.b) From the calculation of liquidity using the cash ratio in 2016 it was said to be quite good but experienced a decline in 2017-2019.However, BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri Lampung was able to increase BMT's financial liquidity again in 2020 which reached 35.10 with a fairly good or healthy level.Thus, the liquidity of BMT Mitra Sejahtera Mandiri Lampung is said to be healthy or quite good.
