Peran Digitalisasi dalam Meningkatkan aksesibilitas produk perbankan syariah bagi masyarakat

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the global financial system, including the Islamic banking sector. Digitalization enhances accessibility to Islamic financial products and services through online platforms such as websites and mobile applications. This study aims to explore the role of digitalization in improving accessibility to Islamic banking services and its impact on customer trust. A qualitative descriptive method was used by analyzing various academic sources, industry reports, and official documents. The findings indicate that digital banking innovations such as mobile banking and internet banking enhance operational efficiency, financial inclusion, and customer experience. However, challenges remain, including digital literacy gaps, technological infrastructure disparities, and data security concerns. Moreover, accessibility and social factors significantly influence public trust in Islamic banking. The study concludes that optimizing digitalization strategies can strengthen the competitiveness of Islamic banking and promote inclusive financial growth. Enhancing digital accessibility will help overcome physical banking limitations, improve public awareness, and ensure broader adoption of Islamic financial services.
